The floor runner ensures all guest request are delivered in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by LLD. To clean the guest rooms as assigned ensuring the Hotel’s established standards of cleanliness and they are responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and ensures the confidentiality and security of all guests and guests’ rooms.
Main Responsibilities:
To deliver guest’s request to guestrooms prior efficiently and promptly
Top make up the baby cot and additional amenities to be delivered to guest room
To maintain all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures. To keep storeroom / pantry clean and tidy
To maximize recycling opportunities while it is not jeopardizing quality assurance
Delivery and collecting of linen to all the assigned floors
Perform handyman work for any special assignment issued
Responsible for delivering the guest experience by consistently meeting the highest standards of cleanliness, attention to (LEGO) details efficiency and guest satisfaction throughout all areas of the Hotel
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag always
To provide a courteous and professional service always
To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments
Take extreme care with personal grooming to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

1 – 3 years of successful experience in a housekeeping department on same position.
Able to work under pressure
Self-starter, results oriented and a team player
Pleasant personality with good organizational skills
Good problem-solving skills, as well as customer service
Independent and self motivated with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
