An excellent career opportunity has now arisen under Motiongate Dubai, Human Resources Department as Learning and Development (L&D) Executive. A L&D Executive will help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and delivering training’s, we’d like to meet you.

Main Duties:
Ensure that Learning & Development processes and standards are consistent across all entities and identify and implement best practice wherever identified
Support the Learning and Development Manager in completing the annual learning and development needs analysis, developing the annual learning plan and conducting regular and annual evaluation
Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
Organize training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback
Conducting training needs analyses (TNA’s) and audits of the line departments to identify business problems that can be addressed by specific learning solutions.
Align and follow the learning and development process standards in the planning, administration, delivery and evaluation of Learning and Development activities
Support the Learning and Development Manager in ensuring that the business unit are meeting all its learning and development targets and objectives
Work under the direction of the Learning and Development manager to design and develop learning experiences that satisfy identified operational needs within the business units
Communicate information about learning events in a timely and professional manner to ensure the business is kept up to date about learning and development activities
Carry out entity wide effective learning experiences on a range of relevant subjects
Develop and facilitate the internal departmental facilitator accreditation program
Work on supporting Emiratisation programs, ensuring their Learning and Development Plans are effectively implemented
Conduct entity, business unit and departmental reviews and monitor the effectiveness of departmental learning and departmental facilitators and provide assistance where deemed necessary
Regularly meet, coach, support and motivate internal facilitators to ensure they are supported in meeting the on-the-job training requirements of their departments
Coordinate every aspect of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Generate timely and relevant reports on learning and development activities
Are You a Star?
In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:
Essential:
B.A Degree in Human Resource or a relevant field
Certified Trainer from an accredited body
Minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar role in a multinational reputable organization.
Minimum 2 years in a learning and development role, or significant demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of learning
Excellent English Language Communication Skills
Excellent Presentation Skills
MS Office knowledge
Oracle knowledge
Survey monkey software knowledge
Desirable:
CIPD
PMP
TEFL, TESOL or CELTA English Teaching qualification from a recognized accredited institution
Worked on performance management cycles for minimum of 2 years
Delivered performance management training
Knowledgeable on Planning/ Designing and Evaluation Training courses.
International experience in the field of development
Arabic Language Skills
Coaching skills knowledge
Experience in the use of technology to assist in learning and development e.g. e-learning authoring tools; online survey tools; interactive quizzes; video editing
Familiar with project management methodology
