Position Summary
The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving sales targets (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) across different key accounts that she/he will be responsible for.
Through improved Channel management, forecasting (sell-out and Sell in), PSI and consequently improving sell out your role will be to support the overall success of the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities
The e-commerce/online Key account manager will be responsible for direct sales Home Appliance consumer products into new and existing online (pure player) and e-retail account. This role will be focused on developing, implementing and managing a “weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly“ sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales goals, as well as to add new accounts
The individual is expected to be well connected and to be capable of developing strategic online and offline partnerships that will support our fulfilment and direct sales programs. This individual will be able to use his/her knowledge of the Internet/e-commerce and traditional retail to prospect, cultivate and execute strategic partnerships, with both customers and product vendors, and develop and manage these ongoing relationships.
This position requires mix of professional skills, knowledge of the internet “retail and market place”, and with highly positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:
Set the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit
Develop and execute strategies for sales (sell-in & sell-out), pricing and all other matters related to generating revenue
Personally pursue and close key sales opportunities, managing the sales process (internally and externally)
Work with the internal sales team to pursue key prospects
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
Build professional and trusting relationship with key customers, leverage existing relationships
Set and manage clients expectations
Provide all resources needed to support a relevant account (new and existing) in their efforts to meet the sales target
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment selecting methods and techniques of obtaining solutions
Normally receive little instructions on a day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
Own the sales life cycle end to end
Key Objectives:
Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market based on the sales strategies.
Build the foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit by providing continued support through communication with the assigned region/market.
Mandatory Requirements:
Previous experience selling into online accounts
Working knowledge of the online sales process (retail & market place)
Ability to sell into multiple level of customers
Nothing is impossible attitude
Organization skills
Good interpersonal skills.
