Job Description

Amazon GCC Retail is looking for a customer centric Senior Program Manager who will be part of the team owning the strategy aiming at further growing Amazon's Retail selection in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The key objective is to identify opportunities, define strategies, and work with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams managing different projects aimed at growing relevant selection.
To be successful in this role you must have superior analytical, communication, problem-solving and project management skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, working independently and taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. In this role you will:
· Identify selection growth opportunities and build the programs and required processes to realize them
· Transform customer insights into projects, features and processes that increase and diversify the selection of products offered by Retail
· Establish and track selection growth goals, the supporting business metrics and success indicators
· Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
· Analyze data, interpret reports and information, and publish recommendations and action plans for stakeholders
· Work with multiple stakeholders to drive not only selection growth but also conversion through the selection funnel
· Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root and implement scalable solutions to resolve them

Job Specification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, Data science, Engineering or related fields
· 8 years+ of professional experience in program or product management, and/or business consulting
· Demonstrated analytical ability, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education
· Experience working cross-functionally and with multiple stakeholders
· Track record of implementing org process improvements to drive speed, quality and/or results for a variety of disciplines
· Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, problem solving and project management skills
· Excellent written and oral communication; able to express thoughts logically and concisely

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field
· 5+ years of e-commerce, and/or retail industry experience
· Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple tasks
· Ability to challenge status quo, recommend innovative solutions, influence without authority, and think proactively
