Learning Program Manager

Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with MENA Customer Fulfillment (CF) and AMZL leaders, HR and local learning teams to drive development programs for MENA leaders. The program manager is an active member of the Emerging Countries Customer Fulfillment (ECCF) Talent Development Team, driving and supporting region-wide talent development, learning and performance-enhancing solutions. Successful candidates will have a creative, hands-on approach, a strong knowledge of Operations and a scientific and data-driven approach to solutions.
Stakeholder management is a key aspect of this role. The Program Manager will be skilled in driving business transformations, is strong in influencing and mentoring others, and builds strong relationships with leaders and employees.
As part of your main responsibilities, you will…
· Support talent development across MENA FCs for frontline leaders by understanding and eliminating barriers
· Manage collection of, interpret and analyze business data to report conclusions and make recommendations based on findings.
· Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement and evaluation plans. Select, design and deploy appropriate mechanisms to measure learning impact
· Use rapid design and distribution methods (virtual, classroom, blended and multi-media) that best suit operations’ needs and which tangibly and positively impact performance.

Job Specification
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 2 or more years of working experience in Amazon
· Proven experience in a leadership role
· Experience formulating and implementing training/performance improvement strategies, technologies, methodologies, and procedures for standardization and delivery throughout the organization
· Project management experience in a matrix organization
· Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
· Proven ability to actively use business metrics and or talent metrics, and training data to track, trend, and manage impact of training efforts
· Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
