Your tasks and responsibilities
- Performing sales orders based on customer demand / In-vitro and In-Vivo
- Performing purchase order creation based on customer demand / invitro and In-Vivo
- Verifying invoices from suppliers / HQ and booking instructions
- Communications with forwarders for related shipments
- Communications with business partners
- Performing daily spare parts orders for service contracts equipment
- Performing Business Partners is all orders related
- Preparing Service parts Quotations when required
Job Specification
Your qualifications and experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Logistics is preferred, Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Previous SAP expertise preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business Discipline
- Fluent in English - Arabic is added value
- Microsoft skills preferred
