We have a Walk in Interview for Receptionist and Admin Assistant.

This role requires that you are highly organised and self-motivated. You will hold high quality communication skills that enable you to interface between internal departments, clients, internal staff and contractors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and directing visitors to the office.
Monitoring visitors and providing a working knowledge of the access system, to maintain security awareness.
Assisting with the organisation and scheduling of site appointments
Assisting with the planning of meetings and taking detailed minutes
Writing and distributing email, correspondence memo's, letters and forms
Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
Liaising with executive PA's and/or other Administrative Assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Managing administrative systems and records
Providing general administrative and clerical support when required
Answering and directing phone calls
Providing general support to visitors
Acting as a contact for internal and external client
