Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled project management professional with 5+ years of experience in leading and managing high impact projects. They will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects within Talabat’s Logistics Operations to drive business change. This role will heavily interface with cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects to improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations and enhance customer experience.What’s on Your Plate?
Lead multiple cross functional projects within the realm of strategic partnerships, system implementations , cost saving initiatives and operational strategy.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of project deliverables.
Help drive successful development of and execution on End Operations Strategic Pillars of People, Operational Excellence, Customer Care, Lean, Cost, and Sustainability.
Deliver on the organization’s priorities, working closely with departmental leads in defining, scoping, launching, and implementing new initiatives. Collaborate with decision makers and stakeholders to minimize risk.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Provide strong communication across functions as well as development and application of project management standards, tools, and systematic processes.
Job Specification
What did we order?
Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.
5+ years’ of job-related experience in veterinary or similar industries required.
2+ years’ job specific experience and certification in Project Management preferred.
Requires demonstrated strong ability to communicate effectively with a high level of soft skills.
Experience in Microsoft Project or similar software desirable.
