Role Summary

We are looking for a talented, self-driven and experienced Business Analyst. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the key priorities of the organization by insights mining and data modelling to make high impact decisions. Joining the team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. The role is highly cross-functional in nature. You will work closely with logistics managers, product managers, data engineers, and senior management to define new metrics and project requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to touch every aspect of our business, driving data analysis and insights to help develop our selection, optimization, fulfillment strategies. You should be a self-starter who is proficient in SQL, customer centric, and passionate about product strategy and analysis.

What’s On Your Plate?

Work directly with product and business stakeholders to translate the questions and hypotheses into structured analysis

Create, build, and maintain recurring selection metrics and reports

Define, measure, and track success of feature launches and new initiatives

Effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership

Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale

Support countries with their problems with products

Create, build and maintain necessary documentations that will help our businesses

Identify areas of opportunity for automation

Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions

What Did We Order?

A bachelor’s degree in computer science(or related field), or equivalent work experience

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success

Expertise in SQL

Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and delivery focused

Patient, persistent, pragmatic and respectful

Time management, potentially balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing activity in line with business priorities

Understanding of Agile Methodologies

Proven problem solving skills with regard to unstructured, uncertain problems

Understanding of product development life cycle

Technical skills, ability to inform and evaluate engineering decisions
We Prefer if you Have

3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/product analysis role

Experience building dashboards, reports, or tools

Experience with query optimization

Experience evaluating data integrity

Experience with system technical integrations

Experience with software product development
