Position Summary
As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving the Home Appliance sales strategy for UAE; including developing and managing the Home Appliance segment by working closely with the assigned Retailers.
You will develop and maintain the correct level of resource, and ensure the sales target and market share is achieved. Your experience will support you to effectively manage shared resources, ensuring our customers receive a superior service.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain sales strategy and implement with retailers in UAE.
Work towards the objective of achieving organisational targets such as quantity & revenue on Home Appliance products.
Identify the appropriate balance in sales between channels to ensure the correct sales contribution by channel
Manage and monitor the sales operations
Develop and drive continuous product demand and ensure product display quality.
Achieve company targets based on the correct sell-out strategies.
Monitor and drive product demand, stock level, competitor’s promotion, retail display quality
Additional:
UAE Sales experience (Mandatory)
Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, pro-active and proven sales track record.
Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision.
Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, strong persuasion skills, assertive nature.
Skills and Qualifications
7+ years of experience in retailer/distributor management within a consumer electronics environment (Or similar experience in sales field of FMCG field as well)
Bachelors Degree
