Key Account Manager
Job Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join Trading Enterprises – CJDR / Volvo / Honda.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and initiating business with B2B Accounts, and subsequently, to develop these accounts to achieve and maintain sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying business opportunities by establishing the contact with B2B Organizations, namely Government, Corporate, SME, Rental and Leasing and Trader Organizations, analyzing options and providing sales solutions
Maintaining and cultivating the relationship with the B2B accounts within the assigned territory, along with providing ongoing support
Identifying product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market and competitors’ activities
Preparing Fleet reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information
Maintaining accounts receivables within company guidelines
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate level
Minimum Experience: At least two years in a commercial, business to business sales or major account sales role dealing with Government and Corporate organizations.
Job-Specific Skills: Good understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE and good knowledge of (or willingness to quickly learn) about the CJDR / Volvo / Honda product ranges, their benefits and various solutions to corporate customers
Behavioural Competencies: Proficiency in English/Arabic (Arabic preferred). Highly numerate, high level of client empathy, strong negotiator & very persuasive
Must possess a high level of personal integrity, responsibility. cultural awareness and sensitivity
