On a mission to continue disrupting, we are in immediate need for an entrepreneurial, dynamic Supply Chain Growth Manager to be based in the UAE. To meet Kitopi’s goals, the Growth Manager is responsible for onboarding Brands across markets onto our platform by understanding the division’s supply chain scope and deliverables that can be aligned to benefit each brand’s day to day performance. You will be accountable to assimilate brands whilst increasing our leverage and maintaining the divisional supply chain standards through to internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Manage Brand visits & make accurate food SWOTs and create supply chain onboarding/assimilation plans.
- Sell-in & embed the Kitopi Catalogue for best practise procurement set up.
- Make accurate SC & Logistics SWOTs of brand set up for easy translation into the Kitopi SC operations.
- Provide snap-shot cost projections of food cost, waste, distribution, labour etc.
- Liaise with Brands to set SC/commercial alignment.
- Offer and set Fast-track options to increase brand onboarding speeds.
- Complete effective costing analysis of RMs and Recipes.
- Deliver ERP ready set up templates.
- Act as the cross-functional liaison officer for Culinary, Growth, Finance departments
- Set documented Supply chain transfer programs with brands.
- Set and oversee effective Training processes.
- Set and align Central Kitchen & Satellite Kitchen SC organisation plans.
- Set onboarding stock Demand plans.
- Agree and document SLA’s for brand GO LIVE.
Who We Look For
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Commerce.
- Solid background and experience in Supply Chain Operations within the F&B/FMCG industry.
- Deep knowledge of MENA laws for customs, food safety, and local regulations.
- Proactivity and logical thinking with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and Tech-adaptable.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills having the ability to translate complex data patterns into everyday business processes, to summarize and present with clarity.
