- The business analyst would be responsible for getting the right knowledge of the business and translating it into technical specifications for developers.
- Should be a Technical Business Analyst within the Insurance practice. The individual in this role will perform business requirements analysis, workflow analysis and will write functional specifications.
- Will design, write, and execute system/integration test plans as needed.

- Arabic Speaking
- Must have Skills of Good Business planning and management.
- Sound knowledge of Insurance industry.
- Excellent Communication and presentation Skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills & should be a self starter not waiting for instructions to proceed
- Ability to perform Functional reviews
- Should be comfortable with the use of methodologies / tools for capturing Business Requirements.
