We are looking for a detail-oriented Field Marketing guru to support our European and Middle East Marketing Team in executing Tealium’s field marketing strategy. This role supports driving new pipeline creation, increasing brand awareness locally / regionally, and achieving overall marketing team goals. This position reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager Northern Europe, Middle East and Emerging Markets.


  • Provide support for field and partner events, including; venue research and selection, contracts, logistical support and lead management. Work closely with your Regional Manager in EMEA, AE’s and AM’s to ensure success
  • Manage pre-event and on-site event logistics, including branding, setup / breakdown, A/V, giveaways and attendeesDefine clear success metrics, and report post-activity. To include: SFDC reporting, evaluation of ROI, key learnings and recommendations on improvement
  • Provide support on Campaign, Digital and Social programs as set in the overall Marketing Strategy
  • Organise the production of branded merchandise as and when needed for trade shows
  • Provide support with producing and localising marketing communications, such as email campaigns, landing pages and or marketing content
  • In collaboration with EMEA and Global marketing teams, set up tracking systems for programs, events and webinars through Marketo 
  • Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and marketing strategies employed within your region
  • Provide support with the production of artwork, sourcing images, and checking copy
  • Provide support driving content and activity through media channels


  • Tertiary Education minimum
  • 2 years minimum event marketing/ digital experience within the Middle East Event coordination experience essential 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well organised and self-motivated
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
  • High level of understanding of Digital Marketing Channels
  • 1 years experience in using Marketo and Salesforce essential
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Experience in working autonomously with a remote manager
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in English essential
  • Fluent in Arabic desirable 


  • You bring 2+ years of event coordination and planning 
  • You bring 2+ years field marketing experience to the table
  • You have min 1 year experience actively using Salesforce and Marketo  
  • You have a flexible schedule with the ability to travel up to 15% of the time (dependent on home location)
  • You are a proven problem-solver with the ability to independently identify resolutions and define recommendations to fulfill and exceed strategic objectives
  • You have the experience and drive to work autonomously with your manager based in another country 
  • You are excited to be part of a great team both in region, and the wider global marketing team
