Accounts Executive

Zeta is looking to hire an Accounts Executive, a dynamic professional who will be performing various functions related to supporting the finance department and management team. S(he) will be completing routine accounting tasks including preparing budgets, maintaining reports, and completing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties for the company.

* Document daily financial transactions.

* Assist the management team in forecasting, budgeting, and proper management of our financial resources.

* Process transactions for monthly management accounts.

* Perform reconciliations of transactions that take place through third-party payment services and banks.

* Regularly liaise with external departments such as auditors and tax agents.

* Working closely with the India Accounting team to ensure business continuity 

* Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience or an Inter CA with 4-5 years of relevant experience

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent understanding of various fundamentals and concepts of bookkeeping and accounting

* Working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and various Accounting Standards

* Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (vlookup, hlookup, countif, sumif, pivot tables, etc), Tally ERP, and MS Office.

* Has strong attention to detail

* Is Proactive

* You like to work independently and possess strong organization and time management skills.
