The MENA performance marketing team is looking for an outbound specialist to drive customer addressability, engagement and retention across MENA. This role is at the forefront of making it easy for customers to engage with Amazon whenever they want and wherever they want. As the Outbound specialist, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver the strategy to build and improve our ability to intelligently engage with customers. You will be responsible for driving this across Amazon MENA and will determine critical requirements for improvements on-site, off-site as well as in app experience of our customers.
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical and marketing skills, have experience with complex projects, and have a well-rounded technical knowledge of current CRM marketing tools. The candidate should also possess a strong background in data-driven analytics and insights generation, especially for free/direct marketing. The right person for this role will also have a business background that enables them to support a process of researching, analysing, and reporting on hypotheses, experiments, and launches. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-functionally. A keen sense of ownership, delivering results, and scrappiness is a must.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Β· 2+ yearsβ of Outbound or CRM experience managing cross-functional projects including user segmentation, A/B testing and customer lifecycle journey
Β· Advanced Excel skills
Β· Experience in push notifications, mobile apps, and email product management
. Basic knowledge of HTML for creating email campaigns
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Intermediate SQL and Python skills
Β· Working knowledge of CRM tools and architecture
. Arabic speaker is preferable
