Job Description

Position Summary

As a Resourcing Specialist, you'll use your existing experience to help source, identify and onboard new candidates into the organisation.

Having worked in a similar capacity in your previous or existing role, you'll be comfortable conducting competency based interviews, assessing top talent, talent pooling and engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to Identify suitable talent across the GCC.

Facilitate information gathering from potential candidates, to align suitability. for open vacancies

Coordinate internally with the appropriate stakeholders to finalise role requirements. Prepare and finalise local Job descriptions aligned with Global Job descriptions for the position.

Plan the candidate search utilizing all.

Support managers with recruitment process in line with Recruitment policy and procedure.

Manage relationships with Agencies

Manage and maintain talent pools with Talent Acquisition Manager in Workday.

Ensure accurate and timely tracking of all positions using tracker

Highlight and identify any resourcing challenges

Contact candidates and conduct initial screening

Notifying unsuccessful candidate by e-mail at the conclusion of each recruitment, dealing with requests for interview feedback and providing administrative support.

Ensure candidates have a positive experience during the recruitment process.

Job Specification

Additional:

Administer the day-to-day operations of Talent Acquisition - measuring performance through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) & Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maximising efficiency and overall effectiveness of services.

Plan and perform the search for talents with required skills and experiences using various channels.

Plan and operate the interview process and create reports of the results according to the evaluation criteria.

Assist in preparing and providing prerequisites, onboarding trainings, employment documents draw-up and etc. for new hires.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years within Talent Acquisition

Bachelors Degree

Applicant Tracking System Experience (Workday would be an advantage)
