Service Administrator - Service Contracts | FAMCO Bus Division | Dubai
About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Administrator for Service Contracts who will be responsible for collating information, generating reports and monitoring service contracts profitability. You will have close interaction with customers, workshop team and sales team.
Reporting to the Service Manager you are expected achieve the following:
Collating Information from the ERP system or other sources related to Service Contracts and generate reports
Alerts the workshop manager / higher management about the exceptions which may affect the profitability of the service contracts
Presentation of reports related to service contracts to higher management
Prepares and shares relevant reports with the Principals related to Service Contracts
Maintains Contact with Service Contract Customers for technical and commercial matters
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role must have the following qualification, experience and skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive or Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 3 years hands on experience in service contracts management in a reputed automotive dealership
Job-Specific Skills:
Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage
Sound technical knowledge
Requisite knowledge in MS office
Valid UAE drivers’ license
Ability to think analytically
Planning and organizing
