Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Prospecting existing connections and developing connections with new consignors. These contacts include stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, sales associates, and very rich individual consignors.
  • Meet with consignors in their home to procure their luxury merchandise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing consigners to increase business
  • Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including merchandising, accounting, customer service
  • Achieve the monthly consignment targets for your geographic market
  • Develop and implement action plans to continually increase consignment with The Luxury Closet
  • A very strong network of professional or personal contacts in the fashion and luxury industry in UAE.

Requirements

  • Experience/interest in business development, personal shopper or dealing with VVIP clientele
  • Self-starter, team leading capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets
  • Deep knowledge of multiple luxury brands
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Pro-active service delivery attitude - willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach
  • MS Office expertise: Word and Excel
  • Extremely reliable and trustworthy
