Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day operational support of the Digital Channels, Stand alone services and entity websites, (Bug fixes, Critical incidents, Problem investigations)
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to the operational SLA's and KPI's
- Responsible for maintaining good working relationships and close collaboration with key operational stakeholders (Client, Service Desk, DevOps, Journey Support, Infrastructure etc.)
- Responsible for recommending operational capability improvements
- Responsible for policy, process and procedure compliance
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date operational documentation
- Responsible for providing on-call support on rotation and working early/late shifts as required for support coverage
Requirements
- Mobile Support experience (IOS amp; Android) required
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android/iOS applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Proficient with Objective-C and Swift and Cocoa Touch
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
- Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools Instruments and Shark
- Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
- ITIL foundations certificate preferred
- Agile methodology training preferred

- React JS
- Node JS
- React Native
Plus minimum one of the following required skills:
Sitecore skills including ASP.NET, Bootstrap, jQuery skills required (ASP.net certification preferred)
Experience
7-10+ years experience in an application support role
Experience in Kotlin required
Experience in Swift required
Experience in HTML required
Experience with Agile operations amp; agile development methodologies (Kanban etc.)
Experience with managing risk and audit
Experience supporting corporate or government Websites, CMS, Digital services
Development experience preferred
