We are looking for a Deputy Boutique Manager with an innovative eye for design, awareness of current market trends, understanding of fashion conscious clientele and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.

The Deputy Boutique Manager would work alongside the Boutique Manager to create and implement initiatives to optimize profitability, develop high potential customers, drive sales through performance, promote brand awareness and manage store operations in conjunction with the Standard Operating Procedures.

You would be demonstrating Sales leadership by supervising and managing a high performing team that shall be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high sales performance.

• Along with the above, you should have a minimum of four years’ experience in a luxury retail environment of which atleast one year or more should be as a Deputy Store Manager or Store Supervisor.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organization skills.
• High interest in art, fashion and/ or other creative work.
• You shall be an energetic, self-motivated, inspiring and confident team lead.
• Proficiency in MS Office and any well-established ERP systems.
• Added advantage will be proficiency in both English and an additional language.
