Job Description

We have a great opportunity for Logistics Operative to join our Supply Chain/Logistics Team. Reporting to the Team Leader, this position will be responsible for providing accurate and prompt receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertakes receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with the Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that goods are correctly labeled, bar coded and located within the warehouse
  • Ensures that all in-bound and out-bound delivery information is accurately keyed into the company systems
  • Completes necessary documentation upon receipt or delivery of goods in an accurate and prompt manner and updates the system accordingly
  • Checks and inspects goods received and ensure they are of accurate quantity, reference and quality. Promptly report damages, discrepancies or any unresolved issues to the Line Manager
  • Ensures the safe and efficient handling, loading, delivery and collection of goods
  • Carries out stock and inventory control and ensures proper maintenance of records of deliveries / collections and transfers


  • High school graduate
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in logistics or warehousing
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety procedures
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move packages and objects
