Joining Whiteshield as a consultant will give you exposure with policy makers and policy reforms in action. It will be an opportunity to receive trainings on the topic and work with our team of economist and policy advisors. You will learn how to proceed to solve complex economic problems, from the diagnostic set up to the implementation of the new model. The selected candidates will work on wide range of strategy and public policy issues in direct contact with our clients and on operational projects.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in management, economics or development studies
• 2-3 years of experience in tier 1 consulting firm or a business-related environment
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams
• Fluency in English (Fluency in Arabic or Russian is an advantage)
• Passion for economic development
