Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a passion for people and a desire to directly impact business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for general human resources support to include employee relations, performance management, recruitment and delivering HR operational excellence.

As an HR Manager you will:

  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Partner with company leadership to maintain high employee engagement and coordinate training events and talent development programmes, teambuilding activities
  • Maintain all employee records and files, as well as documentation related to the human resources management function, update internal databases and ensure confidentiality and security of information
  • Create and update job descriptions for various functions within the company and different seniority levels
  • Assist in the planning, monitoring, and regular evaluation of employee performance
  • Analyse company’s internal processes and provide regular reporting on key HR metrics as well as advise on improvement initiatives
  • Manage onboarding process and facilitate new employee integration
  • Manage recruitment process from A to Z by posting jobs, reviewing applications, assessing test assignments, arranging interviews, maintaining candidates records and collecting interview feedback, counseling management on employment decisions
  • Organise recruitment events, develop and implement employer branding initiatives to increase awareness about the company and attract best talents
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, and programmes. Provide employee relations consultation and enforce smooth communication and drive change management
  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and redundancy
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and initiate positive changes in the people management


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • From 5 to 10 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in HR Manager/HR Generalist role
  • Strong working knowledge of principles and procedures for employee recruitment, selection, employee relations and HR information systems
  • Knowledge of and experience with UAE employment laws, labor relations and practices
  • Strong conflict management skills. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good multi-tasking skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quality driven with high attention to details
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills, fluency in Arabic and/or Russian is a plus, not a must
