Kido Home programs are age appropriate programs which are customized for the learning curve of each child and also help develop critical cognitive, social, emotional, physical, creative and reasoning skills in children below the age of six.
Duties:
- Communicate and enforce the company’s policies and procedures
- Performance management and appraisal of team; create training and development opportunities
- Hire and train new staff members, develop and line manage existing staff members
- Ensure all staff function as a team; appropriately arranging team-building opportunities or
interventions
- Assist staff in resolving children’s issues and consistently communicating with parents
- Meet with parents and staff to discuss students’ progress
- Ensure facilities are maintained and in accordance with the Health and safety regulations
- Suggest changes to educational programmes, and implement MD/ Head of Curriculum approved
changes
- Ensure that the learning programme is aligned to the school’s budget
- Community outreach and align communication appropriately
- Monitor competition and their pricing strategy and update the MD monthly on any changes
Requirements
- Fluent English Speaker.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player and able to work with diverse nationalities.
- Comfortable with using technology.
- Highly knowledgeable in their subject.
- Minimum 5years of Experience as Nursery Manager
- Should have completed cache level 5
