Kido Home programs are age appropriate programs which are customized for the learning curve of each child and also help develop critical cognitive, social, emotional, physical, creative and reasoning skills in children below the age of six.
· Support sales process planning and coordination of a program and its activities
· Monitor program and track transactions if any.
· Schedule and organize meeting and maintain agenda
· Handle the program related financial administration
· Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
· Help build positive relations within the team and parents.
· Keep all members of the team up-to-date with relevant information
· Communicate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency
· Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
· Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
· Create presentations, summaries to ensure better communication and company-wide understanding of the program.
Technical Requirements:
A fast and reliable computer / laptop.
Broadband / High Speed Internet Connection.
HD Webcam with record function and access to Kido Home cloud storage facility.
Headset with Microphone.
Key Skills:
Have completed, or be studying for, an early year’s qualification
Fluent English Speaker
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in different time zones.
Comfortable with using technology.
Should possess analytical skills to evaluate student work and ongoing student progress.
