Deliver efficient and amazing onboarding as part of our value ‘experience first’ at Talabat and support with other key processes of employee life cycle like ‘offboarding’.
What’s On Your Plate?
Onboarding (80%)
-End to end onboarding from offer letter acceptance stage to onboarding over a 30-6-90 day plan
-Scope of employees: Back office employees, operational staff at our stores and kitchens
• Collect New hire documentation and ensure Visa transfer, work permits and insurance within set SLA’s
• Prepare employment contracts
• Facilitate Relocation
• Facilitate laptop, system tools and acceses for new joinee
• Facilitate Business cards
• Conduct orientation trainings and engaging virtual activities
• Coordinate functional onboardings and field visits to build business acumen of new talabaty thru 30-60-90 day program
• Updating our live t-board website with key info on your talabat onboarding and location
• Hire to employee set up on workday - our people system
• Drive culture of goal setting and probation reviews within onboarding period
• Internal announcements for new joiners.
• Employee Satisfaction programs:
run surveys to collect satisfaction feedback and areas of improvements
coordinate with culture champs & team leads on ground for better people experience and office environment.

What Did We Order?
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2-3 years’ experience as a people generalist, preferably with focus around onboarding.
