We are currently looking for Procurement Executive E-Sourcing to join our Group E-sourcing team to create and monitor different E-auction event and should demonstrate excellent relationship with the business units.
About the Role
Responsibilities:
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing the quotation of the supplier.
Basic understanding on Ariba Sourcing Management and Contract management
Enable, train and support new and existing bidders on Ariba E-sourcing platform. Provide refresher training for existing participants
Reporting of Esourcing Events maintaining and tracking the savings tracker with resultant savings and other relevant information of every event.
Maximize the usage of the Ariba E-Auction solution to increase the number of projects and savings.
Ensure all the E-auction request are actioned as Per the SLA
Create, plan and conduct events ensuring 100% compliance to the Policy, and keep track of all the required documents
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
Working closing with the category specialist and the business unit in implementing the best negotiation practice for the online bidding event.
Open to learn and explore additional responsibility on day to day work
About the Requirements
Qualifications:
Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft outlook, excel, word and possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
Minimum 2 - 5 Years of experience in procurement.
Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
Language Proficiency in English & Hindi is required
