We empower sellers with a comprehensive point of sale platform to enrich their operations. We give complete business control and offer smart reports on sales, customers, employees, and inventory. We also provide an ecosystem of tools to seamlessly accept payments and finance growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive high-quality analyses on key strategic decisions combining many factors and data.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, sales, marketing, and business teams to facilitate outcome development on strategic initiatives.
  • Keep a detailed eye on customer success and business opportunities across the Product.
  • Play a key role in executing internal growth projects by identifying operational weaknesses and innovate and hand hold new processes to make the teams efficient.
  • Maintain detailed process documents and regular MIS reports to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee the user experience for a suite of products and features across multiple platforms
  • Develop industry-leading products across different platforms that uniquely serve Foodics customers
  • Guide the product roadmap for Foodics enterprise and execute the delivery timelines for the work required to drive growth, experience, and health
  • Work with the different teams across products (Foodics Pay, Foodics Capital) and units (Product, Marketing, Direct Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships) to grow our enterprise user base
  • Operate cross-functionally and build partnership across the company in delivering excellent products
  • Influence key stakeholders throughout the company to align intent, resources, and prioritization
  • Work with your product development team to achieve personal and team goals


  • At least five (5) years total work experience; minimum of 3 years working in Product
  • Experience as an Analyst or Project Management role with demonstrated impact is preferrable.
  • Familiarity with existing POS (Point-of-Sales) / Inventory Systems is advantageous
  • Understanding of open API integration processes
  • Managed/ experienced working with a team of software engineers is an advantage
  • Developed industry-leading products that have gained a followership and product loyalty
  • Experience driving strategies that shaped the investment portfolio of an organization
  • Experience guiding growth projects that require deeper data analysis (DAU/MAU/LTV are terms and measurements you are drawn to) as well as working through seams and removing friction
  • Navigated product scale challenges in a high-growth environment
  • Data modeling, statistical and SQL experience will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and can work freely with everyone from an intern to senior leadership.
  • Action and impact-oriented while delivering high levels of quality at work at speed.
  • High sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative and be self-serving.
  • Excellent Excel/ data management skills and an open mind to learn more.
  • Customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
