The role acts to meet Branch Sales targets while simultaneously providing every customer with a one-stop offer for an easy and convenient customer-friendly sales process.
The role holder Interacts directly with:
Branch Sales Manager/Showroom Manager, Sales Consultant, and Support Staff.
People working within the automotive industry often have to work extended hours most evenings and weekends to achieve their targets.
Flexibility in Movement to other Emirates and Sales Channel as per Business Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
UAE National with Family Book
High school/bachelor degree with 1 year experience in a customer facing role
Job-Related Skills and Competencies:
Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices
Ability to develop and execute action plans Excellent planning and scheduling
Ability to multitask
Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel Digitally savvy – Comfortable with Data accuracy (attention to detail)
