About the Role:
GRAPHIC DESIGN & CONTENT
Provides visual communications support to Al-Futtaim, developing and executing visual corporate communication assets in the style and spirit of the brand using a mix of creative skills
Acts as a brand ambassador, actively supporting Al-Futtaim’s corporate brand guidelines; working to achieve consistency of messaging, ‘look & feel’ and helping to infuse the brand purpose, vision and values across the organisation
Works across the business to develop and deliver upon design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify communications objectives
Delivers creative and visual content across a wide-range of platforms on a day-to-day basis incl: print, website, intranet, social media, email, presentations, brochures, reports and the ambient environment
Helps to create and deliver assets from scratch such as photography, animation, film, but equally comfortable to select, retouch and colour-correct already prepared assets
Keeps abreast and shares developments and trends in design and design software amongst the wider team
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Supports the development and implementation of Al-Futtaim’s social media strategy, including content creation and community engagement to align with, and extend, Al-Futtaim’s international brand identity
Helps to establish clear goals and objectives while growing social following in our key target segments; proactively identifies new social media opportunities in order to maximise existing opportunities
Supports corporate channels from the business portfolio; Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram
Designs publishes regular, engaging content, compelling social campaigns, posts and other content
Leads in following best-practice for use of images, headlines, copy and content across all channels; ensuring the greatest reach across various social media platforms
Manages content calendar alongside the PR / Digital Manager as needed. Provides weekly reporting on metrics
WEBSITE & INTRANET CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
Functions as part of a team to create compelling content for our corporate website and intranet channels through the creation of digital artwork and provides follow-up, day-to-day maintenance support
Develops mockups, graphics and prototype materials to assist with new web-based application designs and creation
Researches and stays current with web technology design/development trends and trains and assists team members as needed
Supports the creation and implementation of new web content with a focus on increasing awareness of and supporting Al-Futtaim’s internal / external communications priorities
An integral part of the team working to deliver the relaunch / refresh of our corporate website and intranet from a design and content point-of-view
Keeps up-to-date with latest communications trends and best practice to ensure constant innovation and improvement wherever possible
DESIGN OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MATERIALS
Helps to design and develop a wide-range of internal and external corporate communications collateral including Credentials documents, Presentations, Newsletters, Brochures, Infographics etc.

Manages and keeps up-to-date our inhouse image library
Works with vendors to manage production of materials
