Job Description

The Call Center Agent is responsible for handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls whilst working closely with the field sales team to schedule car viewing appointments also connecting with customers as part of targeted campaigns to offer our products and services

  • Deal directly with buyers through numerous communication channels to book them in for test drives
  • Contacting Potential buyers to sell our products and services
  • Being able to Handle high volume of inbound calls and messages on a daily basis and will proactively understand the customer requests and solve them in a timely manner
  • To ensure customer satisfaction, you will be required to meet our customer SLA’s including response times
  • To make outbound calls to target potential customers and be required to meet conversion quotas and KPIs
  • Schedule calendar appointments for our field sales team and following clear guidelines in making these bookings
  • When the scenario occurs, you will be dealing with customer complaints, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring accurate reporting on these matters

Requirements

  • High School diploma or Equivalent.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English mandatory
  • A minimum of 12 months experience working in a call center/telesales role
  • Experience in a fast-paced role requiring continuous multitasking (you will handle a constant stream of inbound calls whilst also answering customer emails)
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.
  • Hard-working, willing to go above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Attention to detail.
