Job Description

The Role:

Client Account Executives are the pulse of the Sales Department. They provide support to their respective Sales Account Manager enabling them to focus on the end result. Our CAE interact on a daily basis, with our clients by handling their queries, verify leads, and provide top notch information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls promptly and courteously following company procedures
  • Ask questions to verify incoming leads and assign to appropriate team members for effective and efficient follow ups Identify opportunities for Sales Account Managers to sell by regular review and audit of existing client’s accounts and performance
  • Able to pitch positively if circumstance allow
  • Cold Calling to prospective new clients
  • Listen to clients’ questions and concerns and provide accurate answers/responses
  • Reviewing client’s accounts and assessing their performance month over month
  • Record details of client contacts and actions taken
  • Assist Sales Account Managers with client upgrades, renewals etc
  • Assist Sales Account Managers with follow ups on payments etc
  • Follow up on client’s feedback and attention to urgent matters with regards to their listings
  • Liaison with operations team for features and value add on services for effective execution
  • Monitor quality of client listings, proper utilization of quota etc.
  • Monthly performance reports to the clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years customer service/account management experience in the UAE
  • Familiarity using CRM software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
  • Professional demeanor and telephone etiquette
  • Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
  • Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude
  • Be able to adapt to a work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others
