Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Motors team and focus on our Car Sales segment. This segment offers huge opportunity for highly driven sales professionals who are eager to make an impact.

What you will be doing

  • Establishing contact and developing relationships with business owners and other stakeholders in the Auto Industry
  • Developing database of leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face to face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail and networking
  • Selling value added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts
  • Meeting weekly and monthly sales KPIs (value and volume)
  • Providing client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and providing performance regular reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention
  • Consistently and continuously monitoring client ‘health and quality metrics’ ensuring they are in line with management’s expectations and to ensure efficient use of service and no malpractice.
  • Communicating effectively to manage clients’ expectations to ensure they receive a great dubizzle experience.
  • Reviewing clients’ accounts and highlight areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their listing.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience with at least 1 year of B2B sales.
  • Online sales experience is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven company
  • Strong computer skills with excellent MS office knowledge.
  • Proven success at previous sales roles.
  • Familiarity with the dubizzle website
  • UAE Driver's License and Car
