You will be working as a Lead Area Sales Manager and will be the part of Motion Business Area for Large Motors and Generators Division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for accelerating growth at region level through the development and implementation of a region heatmap and Penetrate, Innovate and Expand (PIE) actions for streamlining the account management approach.
Your responsibilities
Coordinating for the regional heatmap and PIE process (focus on market segments and cross-divisional actions).
Ensuring that account plans growth actions are in place and delivering the result as per the strategic account managers and local account managers strategies. Reviewing the strategic accounts in the region together with the region or country sales manager to ensure the growth in segments.
Facilitating the region growth targets following the heatmap analysis. Ensuring that the targets are met as per the strategic account managers and local account managers.
Supporting the global, cross-divisional teams for the must win-projects in the respective region.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the strategic customers.
Driving application of standardized process and tools (salesforce, account plans, executive sponsorship programs etc.) across the country and account management community.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales for large motors and generators.
Should have selling experience in Middle East market (preferably in UAE and South Africa).
Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Arabic language knowledge is an advantage.
