As a HR Executive - Training, you will be responsible for planning and implementing learning initiatives in the organisation.
Your role will have the responsibility to work with Line Managers and Individuals to identify the skill gaps and address them through learning and development opportunities including but not limited to: direct delivery training, online learning, on the job coaching, external learning providers and any other means as identified.
Working with the HR Director your role will be responsible to:
- Develop with line managers and implement learning strategies and programs
- Choosing and/or designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
- Deliver course curriculums
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
- Evaluate individual and team level development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Assist managers develop their team members through career pathing
Requirements
- BSC/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
- Professional certification (eg: CPLP) is a plus
- Proven experience as a Training Executive or similar.
- Basic understanding in project management and budgeting
- Current Knowledge of effective learning and proven methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, employees and vendors
