Job Description
Connecting the media production industry with talents across the region, since 2016, Mixfame.com is on a mission to build fantastic game-changing products to Media-, TV- and Film production industry.
As a product specialist you will be working on exciting products that change the market. In this role you will be the connection between our internal development/design team, and our external customers.
You will ensure that development has insights into user challenges and through a combination of UX, UI and development solve those challenges with validated customer responses.
You will onboard and train customers in our products, be the champion of communicating benefits and features to customers and help ensure that all customers get the maximum value out of the product, as measured by NPS, churn and MRR KPIs.
Through market research and trend analysis, you suggest and fight for product features that will help achieve a better product-market-fit and as a product specialists it is your responsibility that customer engagement throughout the product supports our roadmap and continued growth.
Requirements
Must haves:
· Communication Skills
You must have excellent communication skills in English.
· Organization skills
You are extremely organized and structured in daily work and understands the importance of process and planning.
· Client Servicing/Sales skills
You have unhuman client servicing skills and can create relationships with everyone from CEO’s to assistants in a multi ethnic environment.
· Adaptability and passion
Excitement to work in a startup environment, where every day offers challenges to solve, not in your job description - Ability to adapt to new processes and workflows in an digital first organization.
· Previous experience with Product development
Nice to haves:
· Previous experience with sales, an advantage
· Good understanding of Churn and MRR
· Bi-lingual Arabic/English
