Intern - Talent Acquisition | Al Futtaim | Dubai
About the role:
The role of Talent Acquisition Intern will have a wide administrative remit in providing support to the Talent Acquisition team in all Talent Acquisition tasks in Al-Futtaim Group HR.
In addition, Talent Acquisition Intern responsibilities include supporting with recruitment and selection processes, Source candidate across multiple platforms and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand recruitment and selection process
Learn different sourcing channels, tools and platforms in attracting talent
Work in fast paced environment and ability to adapt to corporate culture
Develop interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Job Specification
About the Person:
Degree in HR or Business or relevant field
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Power point
Advanced level in MS Excel
Strong communication skills in English
Strong admin and coordination skills
