Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi Program Officer is responsible for supporting Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi startups in their day to day activities as well as supporting the program team in organizing cycle processes, documentation and events. This role would suit a highly proactive, technology savvy and organized individual who is passionate about entrepreneurship and startups and who is inspired to work with startups on a daily basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all cycle startup teams on pitch decks, financial models, presentation techniques and skills.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding/offboarding journey for the Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi startups.
- Verify and follow up on the implementation of in-cycle startup teams deliverables.
- Record the progress of startup teams and help in their business planning where applicable.
- Ensure weekly startup updates are input correctly as per the predetermined KPIs.
- Carry out initial startups’ applications filtration on a weekly basis, who could potentially join Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi accelerator program.
- Structure the program database, ensuring owners/stakeholders use a predefined labeling system.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing the training programs and communication with speakers and educational institutions, in addition to following up progress and feedback.
- Coordinate internal/external workshops, events and dinners within the program lifetime.
- Coordinate maintaining a database of all founders, mentors, speakers and coaches of Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi.
- Largely assisting in the execution of the Program on the Ground
- Startup data collection, analysis and organization where/when needed
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship, operations or business management.
- Bachelor's Degree in business management or related discipline.
- Excellent English language skills. (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
- Excellent command of productivity software, presentation, word processing amp; number tools.
