Job Description

We are Mixfame, the largest platform in the middle-east providing part-time workers and talents to TV Channels, Media Agencies, Production Houses and Global Brands within the production industry.
As a Talent Coordinator with Mixfame, you take ownership and delivery of fulfillment projects very serious. Your daily job requires absolute flawless planning and coordination skills- and dealing with 100s of people every week- you thrive in such an environment and communicate well with everyone from CEO's to cleaners.
Your day starts with your daily planning, and carries into a team meeting discussing obstacles and issues as well as collectively securing learnings from prior projects across the team. Following the daily meeting, your day begins and will without a doubt be stressful but extremely rewarding as well.
You will work with clients such as Production houses, Media Agencies, Advertising Agencies, TV and Media production freelancers, large global brands and TV Channel professionals who - coordinating 100s of talents for TV Commercials, Movies, TV Shows, Production projects and much much more.
During the day, you will communicate with talents and arrange, facilitate and coordinate planning activities, scheduling, production requirements and meeting times across every stakeholder on the project. A fun an exciting job where you get to work on projects for the likes of Disney, Samsung, Etihad, Chevrolet, NIKE, SnapChat, Pixar or straight into movies like the latest Jackie Chan feature film shot in Dubai: "Vanguard" we coordinated all cast-aspects on from A-Z.
Our office is completely renovated, modern and full of light - we operate 3 audition rooms in which we do casting direction services, call-backs with clients and acting tests for talents throughout the week.
You will be a part of an existing team of A player coordinators that will train and support you in every aspect.

- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills
- Structured and organized individual with attention to details
- Great communication skills and natural interest in dealing and working with people
- Leadership development interest, you must take charge of the project and the people involved
