We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, solution orientated People Operations Senior Specialist to join our People Operations team. This role reports to the Senior Director People Operations MENA.
Deliver proactive and flexible people services by providing relevant and appropriate people support to Functional Leaders, managers and employees, whilst driving best practices and ensuring compliance with all company procedure, policies and employment legislation.
Whatβs on Your Plate?
Aim to constantly improve people operations service delivery with excellent customer service by identifying challenges and recommending opportunities for improvements, constantly thinking outside of the box in terms of solutions
Trusted Business Partner to the key stakeholders. Coach and support local leadership team in identifying and managing people interventions to improve business performance, to build initiatives and programs which drive the business agenda as aligned with the corporate strategy
Act as a people advisor, providing coaching and advice in people related questions, policies, procedures and legislation
Deliver ongoing people operations projects and employee engagement activities
Partner closely with the Centers of Excellence covering total rewards, people systems, talent development and acquisition to ensure all stages of the employee experience journey are delivered and that we attract, onboard, develop and retain talent
Secure clean and trackable employee data using the people systems to provide managers information and reporting on people related data as required to support people related decision making
Support in areas of manager and employee capability building to coach and educate our people to further develop high performing managers, individuals and teams
Keep up to date, recommend and implement on people operations policies and procedures with relevant legislative changes and act as an expert in labour law
Actively engage in and deliver ongoing people operations projects and employee engagement activities
What Did We Order?
University degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources)
Minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in HR
English fluent (written and oral)
MS-Office skills
Workday experience is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Uses tact and diplomacy to exchange information and address sensitive issues
You are quality-driven and a fast learner and have superior attention to detail
You show an ability to work independently, swiftly and effectively prioritize work
Experience working with senior stakeholders
