About the role

We are looking for an experienced Brand amp; Content Marketing Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing activities across various functions to increase brand value, awareness and market share. As a Brand amp; Content Marketing Senior Manager you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales.

Responsibilities

Branding

  • Use customer and trend research to create brand strategy that will change how people perceive the brand.
  • Over see design, events, PR and partnerships to ensure that branding is consistent across campaigns and is leading to increase in sales.

Influencer Marketing

  • Build a team of influencer partners for the brand, manage communications and coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for the influencer campaigns.
  • Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to attract both sellers and buyers.

Content

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout.
  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
  • Ensure content quality and consistency across graphics, newsletters, on site visuals and copy on all platforms.

CRM

  • Planning and delivering E-CRM strategies across the organization with a view to acquiring and retaining customers, increasing loyalty and expanding brand awareness.
  • Implementing and maintaining an E-CRM structure that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial customer information.
  • Oversee all promotion campaigns to ensure increase in new as well as existing customer growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of proven work experience as a brand manager within the fashion industry (preferably in luxury).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Communications/Public Relations or similar field.
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
  • Well organized with great time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Networking aptitude.
  • Experience in market research and trend analysis.
  • Impeccable Communication amp; Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keywork research and Google Analytics.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
