We’re looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, research and insight-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in the UAE. We need you to strengthen talabat’s market’s strategies by identifying user needs and understanding our customers. Our ideal candidate is good with getting things done and can play an active role in shaping the talabat brand effectively in the region.
What’s On Your Plate?
Drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging, positioning, and PR strategies
Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing teams across the region
Identify user needs by deeply understanding our customers, how our product works regionally, and gather global learnings from different entities within Delivery Hero to create data-driven, actionable insights for Product teams.
Work with various teams (design, content, growth, product, advertising) to implement strategies for new/ongoing releases by constantly adapting to the market’s strategy
A/B test product marketing features, releases and ad copies catered to different audiences depending on the value proposition & USP’s of the service.
Shape the talabat brand through in-app experiences and activations across the user journey starting from onboarding to reactivation
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from customers
Work closely with marketing channel leads to provide them with the user insights, positioning, and messaging they need to succeed in communicating the new projects
What Did We Order?
5+ years of professional experience working in a digitally-focused marketing or product role in multi-national business environment, with direct experience of digital content planning
A strong track record of developing content strategies and creating content
Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
Demonstrable project management experience and a high level of organization
Ability to understand consumer behavior across the entire digital landscape
Ability to handle pressure and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
High resilience and solution oriented attitude
Very good knowledge of technical aspects of digital (with a focus on mobile)
Fluent in English and Arabic both verbally and written would be a plus
