What's On Your Plate?
Missions:
• Be part of transforming our finance department by being a strategic process excellence and transformation partner for the business
• Partner with business owners and process owners, strive for end-to-end process excellence and automation that enable scalabilities and continuous growth
• Setup and coordinate BPM (Business Process Management) projects, modelling business processes
• Establish blueprints, sharing leading practices between countries and across functions, drive compliance and economics
• Strongly integrated with the business, people, operations, finance, and the market
• Implement a proper Process Performance Management with PPIs (Process Performance Indicators)
• Work closely with Central Innovation team, regional stakeholders, and Business Finance Transformation team to drive process performance and financials and roll out process excellence strategy and initiatives to the region
Job Specification
Skills:
• Proven track of stakeholder management
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business management, Computer science or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in a large organization, Big4, Management Consulting or a leading function in a startup company
• Working experience in business process, business analytics, and project management is a plus
• Understanding of Business process modeling, strive for process excellence
• Excellent communication and interpretation skills
• Ability to work independently, confident and positive, with a business-driven and growth mindset
