The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive who has a holistic view on the digital landscape and a deep understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey. Senior digital executives will be creating social content, digital content, suggesting new content topics to engage with customers and boost loyalty.


Main Task and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product, Customer success, and Sales departments to understand our customer personas and customer needs
  • Own the marketing activities calendar of the UAE market, brand social media channels in UAE, and align with global social strategy
  • Plan and execute acquisition campaigns in UAE to grow the company's market share
  • Plan and execute local PR amp; events activities in UAE
  • Get involved with the Famp;B community, attend industry related events, and build relationship with stakeholders in the industry amp; foster relationships to encourage customer feedback
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
  • Collaborate and maintain partnerships with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Develop monthly reports and insights on your market's performance

Requirements


  • Minimum of at least 4- 5 yrs. proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role preferably with Marketing agencies, tech or SaaS companies
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid time-management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
