The Sort Center Learning Coordinator works with the Regional Learning Manager and site leadership team to coordinate all training related activities for the site. The individual in this position will provide high level program facilitation and administrative management. The Learning Coordinator will play an integral role in ensuring all compliance training for the site is maintained, as well as making certain all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate, completed, and up to date. The Learning Coordinator is assigned to the Learning Department and will manage specific responsibilities to that department. Overall responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following functions:
Coordinate and facilitate all training related programs
Track performance including learning curve and quality and implement appropriate performance improvement initiatives to support improved performance
Partner with Regional Learning Manager to develop and track effectiveness of training programs
Monitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved
Assess developmental needs for individuals and groups and develop plans to close gaps
Partner with program managers and leadership teams to update training documents, implement process change and ensure site adoption of process changes
Assist with or deliver on-boarding activities such as NHO
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
· A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
· Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
· Must demonstrate the ability to ensure confidentiality
· Proven ability to establish positive working relationships with internal stakeholders
· Capacity to exercise independent judgment in resolution of administrative problems or issues
· Demonstrated ability to maintain energy, enthusiasm and commitment while managing change
· Willingness to work flexible shifts
Ability to work independently and with autonomy
AZBOP and National Certified Pharmay Tech License required, or willing to be procured within 6 months of hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior training, teaching or presentation experience
· Previous experience as a trainer or PA
· Willingness to work different shifts
· Shift hours for this position may be different from the standard production shifts
· Willingness to work in different areas as required by training needs
· Excellent attendance
· Candidates must be very organized and able to handle multiple and changing projects/priorities
· Willingness to participate in and support the Operational Excellence initiatives
