Job Description
Look after & Co-ordinates the troubleshooting and rectification of Electrical all related (control logic) problems of each apartments / Flats and other electrical control systems of Steam boilers, Oil heater, Air Compressors, Chiller plant, Gas and Diesel Generators and Fire alarm system, installation and repairing, of all electrical wiring work, including calculation of load, laying and termination of cables, fixing of cable ducts, fixing of LT panels ,breakers and DBs; selection and installation of lighting system switch boards, maintenance of L.T (low Tension) Panels, Gas Generators and Motors, review of preventive & Break down maintenance. Plan and schedule of electrical equipments and other electrical system
Job Specification
Preferable gulf returned and MEP related candidates with 3 to 5 years experience as a Electrician, English speaking, read and write compulsory
