In this role you will be responsible for the provision of technical expertise to enable the correct defining, establishing, delivering and maintaining of Infrastructure Security Services in the functions, regions and countries, ensuring electrification systems have defense in depth by implementing various layered controls to minimize IT risk to Electrification business globally.
You will be reporting to Information Security Lead – Electrification.
Your responsibilities
Evaluating, proposing, advising and implementing existing or new IS security technology in the context of IS solutions/services using understanding of existing security technology and business requirements.
Driving all technical projects with other functions & teams to ensure that existing and newly built systems have all required security features.
Ensuring the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services security requirements.
Being responsible for managing security with all business specific service providers and global service provider for driving continual improvements to the EL security environments.
Ensuring agreed operational plan is executed in line with strategy.
Delivering the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality.
Managing relationships with stakeholders to update status, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
Supporting major/minor security incident & critical situation resolution as an expert in their field.

Job Specification
Your background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related qualification.
12+ years of Information Systems experience of with hands on experience in managing infrastructure security or infrastructure.
Expertise in understanding of IS Risk, Security and Compliance requirements (E.g. GDPR, NIST, HIPAA, CCPA, PCI-DSS etc.,) in global organizations.
Security Certifications (CISSP, CISM, OSCP etc.) and/or Auditor certifications (ISO 27001 auditor, CISA etc.) as well as good knowledge of ITIL processes are desirable.
Able to evaluate latest technologies including cloud environments, trends and solutions for business use/implementation.
Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
