About the Role:
The job holder will be responsible to drive the e-com business on Fashion e-com platforms. The role will drive commercial & digital marketing plans for Fashion online platforms including websites – Kiabi, Muudha, Style2door, Tedbaker launch this year
The job holder will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including business planning, content strategy, promotional campaigns, website design, user experience, customer service, web analytics and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Ecommerce Plan
- Oversee all aspects of strategic ecommerce plan including delivery of topline sales. Combine expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
Digital Development
- Manage relationship with UX/UI Digital development team to enhance overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, reporting and promotional campaigns
Planning & Execution of Ecommerce Strategy
- Be a key component in developing the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content.
Develop and execute Ecommerce solutions
- Develop and execute creative ecommerce solutions for new and existing markets.
Integrated campaigns
- Direct external/internal agency to deliver integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.
Management of Internet Marketing solutions, social media integration, SEOs
- Manage Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.
Forecasting
- Manage, devise forecasts and demand for all online trading events and BAU.
Promotional plan & drive awareness
- Work closely with Marketing and Buying to formulate the promotional plan and awareness drive.
Innovation & process optimization
- Provide innovation and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices.
- Be confident with launching full ecommerce solution in new markets.
E-commerce / Website Management
- Oversee Muudha.com day-to-day operations.
- Oversee Kiabi.ae day-to-day operations – category listing, merchandising, PLP / CLP creation & etc.
- Oversee Kiabi Amazon Seller account / coordinate with stores
- Manages and monitor all product launches, new arrivals, seasonal launches (holiday collection, Ramadan Collection, etc.), Price updating, special promotions etc.
- Align website content, social media contents with marketing & promotional calendars from the brand.
- Manage all product contents and data including product description, images and merchandising it on the site.
- KPI reporting, daily review of sales, margin, monthly sales, traffic, conversion to planning team.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, recommending improvements (promotions, discounts / Campaigns) that will grow sales and margin where opportunities arise to brand team/ Planning team.
- Updating the website / banner refresh, CLP & PLP’s.
Customer Service / Medallia VOC / WhatsApp Business
- Provide on-going customer service support through online and phone platforms, manage customer correspondence across various mediums – calls, emails, WhatsApp etc.
- Identify and assess customers' needs, item inquiries, checking item availability in-stores etc.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open, sincere and interactive communication.
- Going the extra mile to engage clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution –MUUDHA & KIABI VOC / MEDALLIA
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or VOC feedback.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Inform customer of deals and promot
About the person:
3- 5 years in Ecommerce
Seasoned professional in the Fashion digital retailing market, B2B and B2C experience a plus.
Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics, advanced analytics.
A self-described data wizard able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies.
Proven leader with experience both managing external and internal teams and execution of large eCommerce projects
