The Senior Manager of Product Operations role at talabat is responsible for establishing the Product Operations practice - from hiring to embedding this new discipline inside of talabat. This role reports directly to the CPO, and can be seen as a hybrid of a “chief of staff”, “process expert” and “metrics evangelist” for the talabat Product organization.
The Product Operations team at talabat plays an important role in managing the go-to-market, product feedback mechanisms, product support, and product optimization for the products which we ship to our customers, restaurants, and riders.
Product Operations has a strategic role to play to connect the Product & Tech teams to our local markets. In parallel, they will also play a role in influencing the development of our products with Delivery Hero Product & Tech teams as well by being the best advocate for our customers and vendors.
Product Operations is responsible for managing products that have been released to our markets - optimizing their performance and ensuring that features are well utilized to optimize for business and customers outcomes. They are also responsible for managing product metrics and building a feedback loop (qualitative and quantitative metrics) to ensure that product teams have the right inputs to iterate on future versions of the product.
